Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment, using techniques like meditation and breathing. This practice helps us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so instead of being overwhelmed by them, we are better able to manage them.

Practising mindfulness can give people an insight into their emotions, boost their attention and concentration and improve relationships with family, friends and work colleagues.

It’s proven to help people with stress, anxiety, lack of confidence and depression. It can even have helpful results on physical issues such as chronic pain and heart disease.

Our next Tuesday Mindfulness course begins on Tuesday 6th June for 8 weeks.  Each class runs from 6pm to 8pm,  the next Saturday Mindfulness course will run on the 10th June and 8th July (the gap between sessions is to allow participants the opportunity to practice what they have learnt during the first session)

The course costs of £80. (Limited places available)  A deposit of £30 will be required to secure your place, please contact the centre for more details.
