Did you know that you can Chat to a member of our staff live online through our website? We have recently introduced a webchat function from the home page of our website which is available between 10am an 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The service was originally set up for our Children and Young People’s service users but anyone who feels in need of support is welcome to access a listening ear in this way. Just go to our home page and click on the blue “Chat with us” box at the bottom of the page.
